Here Is The Brutal Truth
Nobody In Classical Music
Will Tell You:

You practice relentlessly.
Your technique is impeccable.
Your musicality moves audiences.

But when you apply for that academy
position, conservatory opening,
or prestigious private school job,
one brutal reality hits you:

Your CV looks exactly like
200 other applicants.

MEANWHILE, YOU WATCH WITH QUIET FURY AS:

✗ That pianist with half your technical level becomes Head of Department at a respected music institution.

(Her CV is packed with Carnegie Hall performances, jury appointments, and press coverage. And you can't stop asking yourself: How is it possible she got all of that?)

✗ Your violinist colleague — a genuinely nice person, but one whose musicianship you never considered extraordinary — gets hired by one of the most prestigious private music schools in New York.

(You later discover he served on a few competition juries. Overnight, he was no longer seen as a teacher — he was seen as an expert.)

✗ That pianist from your conservatory class — the one who was "decent at best" — lands a university teaching position before even graduating and earns three times your salary while working fewer hours.

(He had a couple of jury appointments and a formal competition award on his CV. His playing hadn't changed — his credentials had.)

✗ That international cello student with half your ability secures an O-1 visa — one of the most difficult visas in the world to obtain — while you're still struggling to find one more meaningful piece of evidence for your petition.

(She spent over $10,000 building the credentials USCIS considers proof of "extraordinary ability" — and it worked.)

The painful truth no conservatory professor
will ever tell you:

Hiring committees don't hear you play before they shortlist candidates.

They examine your credentials —
and score each one.

Every missing title is points
you will never recover.

Hiring committees don't hear you play before they shortlist candidates.
They examine your credentials — and score each one.
Every missing title is points you will never recover.

And right now,
your application is losing that battle.

Excellence without documentation
is invisible.

Being the best player in the room means nothing if your application
never makes it past the first screening.

Being the best player in the room means nothing if your application
never makes it past the
first screening.

Talent without credentials doesn't get you selected.

Why These
Three Specific Credentials
Change Everything:

We tested every type of credential available to classical musicians.
Most are slow, expensive, or impossible
without existing connections.

Three credentials consistently move the needle — the moment a hiring committee examines your CV.

WHEN THEY SEE:

Featured in 600+
international publications

THEY THINK:

"This musician is publicly recognized as an expert.
Other people have already validated their authority."

WHEN THEY SEE:

WHEN THEY SEE:

Judge at 3 international competitions

THEY THINK:

"Other competition directors trust this musician to evaluate candidates.
This is a peer-recognized professional."

WHEN THEY SEE:

1st Prize, NY Classical Debut Awards International Competition,
New York, 2026

THEY THINK:

"This musician was formally evaluated by an independent international jury and won. This isn't self-claimed excellence — it was recognized by peers in the field."

All three credentials work
for one reason:

All three credentials work for one reason:

Third-Party Validation.

You're not claiming to be excellent.
Others have already documented that you are.

That's the difference between an application
that gets ignored and one that advances to the next round.

PURSUING AN O-1 VISA OR GREEN CARD?

These three credentials are not a coincidence —they are precisely the categories
of evidence USCIS requires to approve extraordinary ability status.

• "Media recognition."
• "Peer judgment roles."
• "Formally awarded prizes."

Your complete O-1 evidence package, built in
one program.

Why We Don't Promise
'Networking' or 'Positioning'

You've heard those words before.

From coaches, consultants,
and programs that took your money
and delivered nothing you could
actually put on a job application.

We understand the skepticism.

You've been burned before.

So let's be explicit about what we deliver:

The difference is simple.
When you finish this program,
you have physical documentation.

Certificates.
Press clippings.
Published articles about you.
A prize from an international competition.
A Carnegie Hall performance on your CV.
Names of competitions where you sat on the jury.
Verifiable media placements that any hiring committee can look up.

Not promises.

Not 'positioning.'

A MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER

The Real Reason
This Program Exists

Pietro Molteni

Founder, Elite Music Career

A few years ago, I sat in front of a pile of job applications with my bank account emptied by the final tuition payment for my Master's degree in Music.

Despite graduating with the highest grades.
Despite the praise of my professors.
Despite the respect of colleagues I genuinely admired.

The reality was simple—and nobody had warned me about it:

After the applause ends, you are completely alone.

After years of studying what happens after graduation—what separates musicians who build stable careers from those who don't—I understood one uncomfortable truth:

Musicians are probably the only professional group that actively tries not to follow the way the professional world actually works.

The ones who succeed align their actions with reality. The ones who struggle wait for the world to recognize their talent.

The world never does.

I learned this the expensive way.

For one of my projects, I hired a PR agency that charged $6,000 per month, with a minimum three-month commitment, to secure international press coverage.

$18,000.

For a few hundred articles in international media.

Was it necessary? Yes.
Can every musician afford that after years of tuition, instruments, competitions, and private lessons?

Absolutely not.

But the real reason I built this program began during a hot summer in New York.
My OPT—my temporary work permit after graduation—was about to expire.

I knew exactly what that meant.
Goodbye to every project I had spent years building.
Goodbye to every connection I had made in the U.S.
Goodbye to the money, the sacrifices, and the relationships I had left behind to study abroad and build something real.

I found an outstanding immigration law firm—the same team that is now a partner of this program.
I hired them to prepare my O-1 visa petition.

What followed was a month and a half of eight-hour days collecting documents, scanning evidence, and organizing paperwork.

Then, every few days, another phone call with a request that felt almost impossible:

"We need more newspaper articles about you."

"Have you ever won first prize in an international competition?"

"What about international jury appointments? Those are particularly valuable for the petition."

I remember entire nights sitting in front of a computer, Googling my own name through hundreds of pages, desperate to find a single mention in some local newspaper about a concert I could barely remember.

At the time, I was collaborating with the New York Philharmonic.
I called journalists in my home country.
I wrote dozens of emails.
Nothing.

Then I realized something that changed everything.
It was always the same list.
The list for a visa petition.
The list for a conservatory application.
The list for a six-figure teaching position.

Always the same:

Press coverage.
Competition prizes.
Jury appointments.
Institutional affiliations.

I eventually obtained that visa—one of the most difficult to receive.

During those sleepless nights, I would have given almost anything to have even a fraction of what I'm about to give you inside this program.

That list is exactly what I built Boost Your Music Career around.

Not theory.

Not networking events.

Not vague advice.

The exact credentials that immigration attorneys, hiring committees, and university admissions boards look for—built, documented, and strategically organized for you inside one structured program.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before your enrollment call.

When does the program start and how long does it last?

If you enroll in September, your program starts at the beginning of October. If you enroll in October, your program starts at the beginning of November.
The full credential-building timeline—including press releases, jury appointments, NY Classical Debut Awards participation, and your Carnegie Hall performance—extends through March 2027. This is not a course and there are no weekly modules to complete. We build your credentials while you continue your career.
Inside your private member area, you'll find your personalized timeline, showing each stage of your program. We will also contact you directly whenever action is required, such as reviewing your press releases, confirming jury appointments, submitting competition applications, etc. You will never have to keep track of the process on your own.

Are the press releases actually published, or just drafted?

Yes. Each press release is professionally written and distributed to more than 600 verified media outlets, including classical music publications, national and international news wires, and digital media platforms.
To begin, you'll receive a simple questionnaire where you'll provide the topic of the press release, along with your photos and any quotes you'd like to include. We'll guide you through every step of the process.
Before publication, you'll receive the final draft for your review and approval.
After distribution, you'll receive a comprehensive placement report listing every media outlet where your press release was published. This documentation can be used to demonstrate your professional recognition and is valuable for hiring committees, grant applications, and immigration attorneys.

How do the jury appointments work? Can you actually place me on an international jury?

Yes. This is one of the few opportunities in the program that cannot simply be purchased at any price. Jury appointments are relationship-based credentials earned through direct collaboration with international competition organizers who trust our network and professional standards.
As part of the program, you will receive three official jury appointments, each accompanied by an official certificate and documentation ready to be included in your professional CV.
The three competitions for which you will serve as a jury member are all based in New York City and each culminates in a winners' concert held in New York. The judging process itself is conducted entirely online. You will evaluate participants remotely and submit your scores and comments through your private member area.

Is the Carnegie Hall performance guaranteed?

Yes. Your Carnegie Hall performance is included through the NY Classical Debut Awards International Competition, an event produced by our partner organization. Your invitation to perform is guaranteed as part of the program.
Although you will be asked to submit a video recording, it is used only to determine programming details and repertoire. Your acceptance into the Boost Music Careers Program already confirms that you meet the artistic standard required to perform at Carnegie Hall.
The only additional cost is the $350 recital fee, which is paid separately and directly to the NY Classical Debut Awards organization. This fee is required for participation in the Gala Concert and is the only extra payment associated with the program.

What does the ZacaLaw consultation actually include?

You will receive a private 30-minute consultation with the attorneys at ZacaLaw PLLC, a law firm with extensive experience in U.S. immigration law for musicians and artists, including O-1 and EB-1A petitions for performing artists.
During the consultation, the attorneys will evaluate your individual career profile and advise you on the visa or residency pathway that best fits your credentials. This is a personalized legal consultation included in the program—not a general informational session.
At the end of the consultation, you are free to decide whether to retain ZacaLaw PLLC for your immigration petition. Any legal representation and attorney fees are discussed directly between you and the firm, without any involvement from Elite Music Careers' management.

Does this program guarantee I will get a visa or a job?

No—and any program that promises that is being dishonest. What we do guarantee is that, by the end of the program, you will possess the professional documentation that university hiring committees, conservatory boards, and immigration attorneys regularly request. How you use those credentials—and the opportunities they create—depends on your applications, interviews, and career decisions. We build the file. You use it.

What happens during the enrollment call?

The enrollment call is not a sales presentation. We review your current career, your professional goals, and whether the program is capable of delivering measurable results for your specific situation. If we believe there is a strong fit, we discuss the next steps. If we do not, we will tell you honestly. There is no cost to schedule the call.

What if I am not accepted into the program?

Not every applicant is accepted. If your profile does not meet the program requirements, or if we believe the program cannot deliver the expected results for your particular situation, we will let you know after the enrollment call. The call itself is completely free of charge.

Is there a payment plan?

Payment plan options are discussed individually during the enrollment call based on your circumstances. The standard investment is $3,200. The price for the September–October 2026 cohort will increase to $3,700 in January 2027.

I am based outside the US. Is this program for me?

Yes. The program is specifically designed for international classical musicians at every stage of building a career in the United States or abroad. Press releases are distributed internationally, jury appointments are with international competitions, your Carnegie Hall performance takes place in New York, and the ZacaLaw consultation covers international visa and residency pathways. Your location is not the limitation—your professional credentials are.

How does the refund policy work?

After completing your payment, you will receive access to your private client area, where all program materials and deliverables are managed throughout the 4-month cohort.
A full refund is available at any point before your first press release is published and distributed to our media network. If for any reason you decide the program is not the right fit for you during this initial phase, simply contact us at office@elitemusiccareers.com and we will process your refund in full, no questions asked.
Once your first press release has been approved and distributed, the refund is no longer available, as the service has been formally initiated and delivered.

Is the program open to minors?

Generally, no, with limited exceptions.
The full program is not open to minors, and minors are not eligible to serve as jury members under any circumstances.
However, a limited number of minors with exceptional profiles may be considered for a tailored program that can include press coverage, competition participation, and a Carnegie Hall performance. Admission is considered on a case-by-case basis following a specific request and review of the applicant’s materials.
For minors, all communication and approvals are handled directly with a parent or legal guardian, from the introductory call through every stage of the program, including the review and approval of press releases before publication. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
